When you, the client, subscribes to any of our products or services on this website (www.hostinz.co.nz) it is agreed that you have read and accepted these terms of service. Hostinz Ltd reserves the right to suspend, cancel or terminate any service when Hostinz Ltd decides that the account is being used inappropriately, or for any other reason. Hostinz Ltd also reserves the right to change these conditions at any time, with or without notice to the client. It is the clients responsibility to check for changes in these terms and conditions on a regular basis.
Acceptable use of Service
The client must not use any of our services to conduct any activities that are illegal in New Zealand or any other Country.
If a client on our shared hosting is using an unreasonable amount of disk space or bandwidth we will contact you to either; upgrade your plan, place you on a dedicated server, or require you to pay more for the amount of disk space or bandwidth you are using.
Payments
Accounts may be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-anualy or anually. A discount of 10% applies to anual payments. Payment must be made by direct credit into our bank account, Credit Card via Paymex or Paypal, or mail in cheque. Other payment methods are permitted at the discretion of Hostinz Ltd. Service will start from the date you sign up. You will receive an invoice 20 days before payment is due.
All payments are due in full on the monthly renewal date, failure to remit payment on or before the monthly renewal date will result in a late fee of 5% of the invoice total added to your invoice. If after a further 7 (seven) days the full payment has not been received (including late fee amount) Hostinz Ltd reserves the right to cancel or suspend any and all services without further notice.
All Payment is to be made in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) unless stated otherwise.
Backups & Liability
We backup all our services on a regular basis and all our servers are in a RAID 1 configuration to minimize any potential data loss. We do however highly recommend that you make your own backups and use good antivirus and firewall software on your computer. Hostinz Ltd will not be held responsible for any data loss or damage whatsoever. Also, Hostinz ltd will not be liable for any damage to your software or hardware when using our website or any of our services.
Client Conduct
Abusive behavior, for example, swearing, cursing, insulting, and or threatening behavior towards Hostinz Ltd, its staff or clients is strictly forbidden. Personal abuse of any kind, whether transmitted across an instant messenger, email, support ticket, forum or telephone will result in immediate termination of service. In this event the customer will not be issued any refund.
Refunds & Money Back Guarantee
Refunds only apply to our web hosting services. If you are not happy with our web hosting service you may request a full refund within 14 days of your sign up date. This applies to new customers only. In the event of a long period of downtime (1 hour per month or more) partial refunds may, or may not be processed at the discretion of Hostinz Ltd.
No refunds will be processed on all our other services which include, Domain Names, Reseller Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Game Servers, Voice Hosting, SSL Certificates, IP Addresses and Website Design.
If you choose to pay in advance for our services (3, 6, 12 months) to receive the service at a discounted rate, you will not receive any refund for the remaining weeks/months if you decide to leave us before the service expiry date.
Also, no refund will be given if you break these terms of service.
